bazi9 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to submit requested documents in a timely manner may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account. This is a necessary step to protect our platform from fraud and money laundering.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bazi9 currently accepts three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions through these three methods are fully secure and encrypted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳500, and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Transactions below this amount will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed. If your withdrawal is delayed for any reason, please contact our support team.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳6,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳11,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

Bonuses may only be used on designated games. Some games may be fully or partially ineligible for bonus wagering. If bazi9 suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus. Taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts or manipulation is strictly prohibited.

4.4 Other Promotional Offers

bazi9 may announce various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be published along with the offer. General terms and conditions apply to all promotional offers.
